SJ65/25 Single-screw Extruder
(1) Main motor power: 15KW, adopt Taiwan TECO transducer. Screw diameter: 65mm, L/D 25:1.
(2) Driven by hard tooth surface speed reducer, each gear in gear box is through heat treatment and fine-grinding. There is forced
lubricating and cooling system in gear box, which can ensure high efficiency, low noise and improving using life.
(3) The main extruder adopts aluminum alloy heater with air slot. Heating power is 3kw*4groups=12kw. Adopt centrifuge blower to
complete forced cooling which can ensure the stability of barrel temperature. Blower power is 70w*4groups.
(4) The barrel and screw are all made of 38CrMoAL, through nitriding treatment. The surface hardness of barrel and screw are
HRV800, with advantages including anti-abrading, anti-rust, high strength, etc.

Vacuum Forming Table
(1) The length of vacuum forming table is 3m, the water pallet and water tank are made of stainless steel.
(2) The vacuum dots and cooling dots are 8.The mode of connection is fast plug.
(3) The power of vacuum pump is 3kw×1set, the power of water pump is 3kw.
(4) The forming platform can be adjusted in three dimensions. The up and down adjustment by hand, front and back by electromotion,
move motor power: 0.55kw.
Haul-off
(1) The effective traction length is 0.6m, motor power is 1.1kw.
(2) The motor adopts frequency control. The traction shelf adopts pneumatic Clamping.
(3) Traction speed: (0.4~6)m/minute
Cutter & Sotrage Rack
(1) Cutter motor power: 1.5kw, up-cut cutting (disk saw).
(2) Cutter adopts PLC control, which can cut in setting length automatically.
(3) The storage rack length is 2.5m, pushing materials automatically, equipped with auto-turning valve. Pneumatic components are all from famous brand.

3.Customer has to pay the International Express cost.
4.Warranty time starts after goods arrival in customer's location.
Payment Terms:
30% T/T in advance as deposit, and the balance 70% T/T before shipment.
