Product Application
Equipment is made by pneumatic head frame structure and the tail rack, and all the mechanical parts adopt new quality steel manufacturing.
The head rack is made up with a feed device, heating furnace and expanding work spaces ,the furnace is formed from stainless steel for heating, furnace equipped with its own unique temperature control system and use special eddy structure, so that the tube can be heated about rotation, thus the surface of the tubes expanding can achieve heating equality.
The tail rack is made from landing next to the electric bodies.
Furnace control system consists of intelligent temperature control table control, pneumatic and hydraulic components used both domestic brand name products.
Equipment operators and the expanding circle of all movements by PLC controller to achieve automatic control.
1. Pipe diameter (mm):16~75mm, 50~160mm, 50~250mm, 110~315mm, 315~630mm.
2.Belling type:R-type and U-type .
3.Shaping way adopts rising in the mould and rises and increasing the barometric pressure out of the mould to make it stereotypic.
4.Adopt PLC control.
5.Electrical components: Siemens, Delta.

2.Within warranty period, any damage happens due to machine quality problems; We will be responsible for replacing parts for free, except regular consumables (such as cutting tools) and the damage by man-made irregular operating.
3.Customer has to pay the International Express cost.
4.Warranty time starts after goods arrival in customer's location.
Payment Terms:
30% T/T in advance as deposit, and the balance 70% T/T before shipment.
