Product Description
1. Specifications:
The MDF door skin hot press machine is used for door production, it is bonds the spread sheets together under high temperature and pressure. The customer can choose the heat medium from thermo oil and heat steam, and the control system can be automatic and manual. All the hydraulic system is from Shanghai manufacturer who has same technology with Japanese. For the daylight and daylight distance, we can design them as our customer's requirement.
2. Hot Press Machine Feartures:
1) It can be used to make the structure of plywood steady, and also remove the excess moisture of glue.
2) The hydraulic system and electrical system have been equipped with. If customer need, we also can supply the automatic infeed and out feed device for this machine.
3) All the platens have been treated specially, so the surface is smooth and can ensure the smooth degree of final plywood.
4) The user can choose the heating system as heat steam or thermal oil, but the hot press machine we offered does not include boiler.
5) The cylinders have been treated in high accuracy, so it can avoid oil leaking.
6) For some special needs of our customer, we also can do the hot press machine with assistant lifting cylinder.

2.Within warranty period, any damage happens due to machine quality problems; We will be responsible for replacing parts for free, except regular consumables (such as cutting tools) and the damage by man-made irregular operating.
3.Customer has to pay the International Express cost.
4.Warranty time starts after goods arrival in customer's location.
Payment Terms:
30% T/T in advance as deposit, and the balance 70% T/T before shipment.
