Product Description

Machine Introduction:
PVC WPC door board production line is mainly used for wpc door boards extrusion. The production line can choose different specifications of conical twin-screw extruder according to different width of the board and equipped with the corresponding vacuum shaping table, tractor, cutting machine, turning over platform and other auxiliary equipment.
1.Different model Conical twin screw extruder, suitable for high speed extruding of different board width .
2.According to different moulds, the shaping table can choose, 6 meters, 8 meters,and other specification,Vacuum shaping adopts special increased eddy current cooling system adopts special increased eddy current cooling system to facilitate cooling and shaping to meet the needs of high-speed extrusion.
3.Traction machine adopts our company's unique lifting technology, smooth work, good reliability, large traction.
4.The moving speed of the cutting machine is synchronized with the traction speed.
By sanding,hot stamping,laminating,vacuum shaping, the user can make the wpc door surface looks more like real wooden.

2.Within warranty period, any damage happens due to machine quality problems; We will be responsible for replacing parts for free, except regular consumables (such as cutting tools) and the damage by man-made irregular operating.
3.Customer has to pay the International Express cost.
4.Warranty time starts after goods arrival in customer's location.
 
Payment Terms:
30% T/T in advance as deposit, and the balance 70% T/T before shipment.
