PUR hot melt glue laminating machine is suitable for laminating roller film(Matt PVC film,high gloss PVC film,melamine paper,PET film...) and sheet type material(Acrylic,CPL,HPL,aluminum sheet) on different kind of flat panel(particle board, MDF board, WPC board, PVC board,plywood, plastic board, gypsum board foamed plastic board, zinc board, aluminum board, steel board, etc.)This machine for panel size 1220*2440mm,we can also make the machine suitable for 1830*3660mm panel which need addition charge.

1,For the glue spreading system ,adopt a seperate oil heating machine to heat the glue roller.
In this way could make sure the glue roller temperature stable.And could make sure the pur glue in the good state.

2,Advanced PUR Glue spreading System can make sure of reliable glue spreading,adopted 5 rollers to spread glue to keep the surface more uniformity and smoothly.Including one ceramic roller to make high gloss glue spread effect.In this way could make sure the final laminating effect be very high gloss.
3,The pressing part adopt one 240mm heating Stainless steel mirror roller and one 240mm silicone roller which could
make sure the pressing effect smooth and light.
4, All the glue roller adopt motor and frequency converter to keep the machine work more stable

2.Within warranty period, any damage happens due to machine quality problems; We will be responsible for replacing parts for free, except regular consumables (such as cutting tools) and the damage by man-made irregular operating.
3.Customer has to pay the International Express cost.
4.Warranty time starts after goods arrival in customer's location.
